What inspired this workshop?

Marina once felt intimidated by science, until curiosity led her to discover its beauty and accessibility. She created AromAtom to show that science doesn’t have to be boring—it just needs to be presented in ways that spark wonder. Through scent, she brings the mysteries of the universe closer to Earth.

Will I really smell space?

While you can’t bottle the vacuum of space itself, astronauts have described its scent when returning from spacewalks. Using those accounts and scientific recreations, Marina has crafted fragrances that capture those “out-of-this-world” smells.
