Questions & Answers

What is Polaris Olfactive Week?

Polaris Olfactive Week is Scandinavia's international exhibition dedicated to independent and artistic perfumery, bringing together fragrance houses, perfumers, and visitors from around the world.

Where and when is the event taking place?

The general public is welcome between 28 - 29 of November at Scandic Downtown Camper, located in the heart of Stockholm City. Business-related activities extend beyond this.

Can I buy perfumes at the expo?

Yes. Most participating brands offer fragrances for purchase at their stand. Some brands may also offer exclusive launches or limited editions available only during the event.

Will I get to meet the perfumers?

Yes. One of the unique aspects of Polaris is the opportunity to meet founders and perfumers in person and hear the stories behind their creations.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Only if capacity allows. We really recommend booking in advance. Last year it was packed and we can only support maximum capacity.

How long should I plan to stay?

Most visitors spend between 3–5 hours at the expo, but many choose to stay longer to attend workshops, revisit favorite brands, and connect with other fragrance enthusiasts.

Will there be workshops or talks?

Yes. Throughout the weekend we'll host workshops, lectures, and artistic experiences that explore perfumery from creative, technical, and cultural perspectives. Some sessions require separate tickets.

Is there a limit to how many perfumes I should smell?

We recommend taking your time. Smell a few fragrances, take breaks, and revisit your favorites. Quality of experience is always better than rushing through dozens of scents.
