We believe that this has the power to express real stories, drive cultural and ecological change, liberated from the mass industry, and that it should be returned to what it should be about: a meaningful art form that is instinctive, intimate, and alive.

Polaris exists to drive change through digital and physical platforms that connects forward-thinking and ideological perfumers, artists, and scent-lovers who believe in something else.
By creating and curating expos, projects, products, stories (etc) with a sustainable mindset, Polaris is pushing creativity, care, consciousness within and outside olfactory arts.

Maya Njie is a self-taught perfumer and founder of Maya Njie Perfumes, founded in 2016 - a brand inspired by her Swedish and Gambian heritage.
Known for her storytelling approach, Maya creates artisanal fragrances that blend culture, emotion, and art. Her work is internationally recognized, with stockists including Liberty London, Stéle New York, and Nose Shop in Japan. Having Maya as an advisor is a true pleasure.
Ricardo Ramos

Ricardo Ramos is an independent perfumer with a background as a fashion designer, textile artist and studies in Medieval Paleography, with Colombian/Spanish heritage.
With more than 20 years of experience in various forms from the industry internationally, Ricardo Ramos is as complete as a creative perfumer as they come. Combining high technology including exclusive molecular development and artisanal production, Ricardo Ramos offers handmade perfumes, and a wide arrange of knowledge in Perfumery as an evaluator and lecturer

Tanja Bochnig is the founder and perfumer of April Aromatics. Through her many travels she discovered the healing powers of essential oils and started using them with great relief to many ailments.
After long years of studies in aromatherapy, botany and natural perfumery with renowned perfumers, she launched her own series of organic perfumes and cosmetics – April Aromatics
